Gymnastics & Movement Afterschool Club

Schedule:
TUESDAYS

Duration (Term Dates):
Starting April until June

Total Sessions:
Weekly sessions across term dates

Location:
Primary school in the Islington area

Students:
KS2 (Ages 8–11)

Pay:
£35 per hour

Job Summary

Dance&Arts LTD is seeking a qualified and experienced instructor to lead a structured gymnastics-based afterschool club focused on fundamental movement and coordination.

Club Listings

GYMNASTICS
Basic Gymnastics (mat-based only) Afterschool Club - every TUESDAY from 3:30 to 4:30 PM starting from the 21st of April until the 30th of June, in a primary school in the Islington area N7. Kids are from KS2 (8–11 years old). Pay is £35 per hour.

Responsibilities

Deliver safe and structured gymnastics sessions.
Teach fundamental skills such as balance, coordination, and flexibility.
Ensure proper use of mats and equipment.
Maintain a safe and supportive environment.
Follow safeguarding and health & safety procedures.

Experience and Skills

Essential Experience: Gymnastics coaching or similar physical training.
Strong Knowledge: Basic gymnastics techniques and safety practices.
Key Skills: Organisation, clear instruction, risk awareness.
Personal Qualities: Patient, attentive, responsible.
Vetting: Enhanced DBS check required.

Pay: £35.00-£40.00 per hour
