Key Responsibilities

Review files and activities within Front Office teams to ensure strong risk controls and effective processes.
Gather and assess management information (MI) from multiple sources to monitor performance and escalate concerns when needed.
Analyse data to identify trends, emerging risks, and opportunities for improvement.

Recommend process enhancements and improvements based on monitoring insights.
Understand and apply departmental policies and procedures.

Manage team communications, including monitoring shared inboxes and ensuring timely, professional responses.

Qualifications & Experience

Skills & Knowledge

Familiarity with financial services systems (e.g., CRM, JHC Figaro, BITA).
Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
