Overview
We are an exciting new Japanese restaurant and sushi bar dedicated to delivering authentic flavours, exceptional service, and memorable dining experiences. We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and passionate individuals to join our growing team. Whether you have experience in hospitality or are looking to develop your skills, we offer a supportive environment with opportunities to learn and grow.

Hot Food Chef

Prepare and cook hot Japanese dishes to a consistently high standard.
Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and handled in accordance with food safety regulations.
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment.
Monitor stock levels and communicate ordering requirements to management.
Assist with menu development and seasonal specials.
Work closely with the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service during busy periods.

Waiter

Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
Serve food and beverages with professionalism and attention to detail.
Provide menu recommendations and answer guest questions.
Ensure tables are maintained and cleared promptly.
Deliver a positive dining experience and build rapport with guests.

Requirements:

Positive and proactive attitude.
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Punctual, reliable, and well-presented.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Right to live and work in the UK.

Beneficial to Have:

Previous restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience.
Knowledge of Japanese cuisine, sushi, or Japanese culture.
Food hygiene certification (training can be provided).
