Full job description

Spectra Packaging is currently seeking a full time Production Operative to work on 12-hour shifts (3 week rotation, 40 hours per week) in our Injection Stretch Blow Moulding department.

Duties & Responsibilities in the Moulding department will include:

Inspect products to ensure that they meet quality standards
Palletising of finished goods, ensuring materials are available and working in different production units as and when the business needs dictate.
Assist Technicians in ensuring all machines are kept productive throughout the shift, operating as requested.
Report any machine or quality faults as soon as possible to management.
Ensure that the work area is kept clean and tidy throughout the shift.
To carry out all other production activities as efficiently as possible, adhering to the highest quality ISO and health & safety standards.
