As we continue to grow and strengthen our reputation as a trusted property services provider, we are seeking a motivated Property Management Assistant to join our friendly and professional team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a rewarding career in block management, with ongoing support and development opportunities.

The Role

As a Property Management Assistant, you will work closely with our in-house Property Managers, property owners, contractors, and service providers to ensure the smooth running of our developments. This is a varied and dynamic position, ideal for someone with experience in property management or a professional services background who is eager to develop further.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing incoming repair requests (reactive and planned) via email, telephone, and software systems.
Preparing contractor work orders, obtaining quotations, and issuing instructions.
Supporting Property Managers with planned and reactive maintenance.
Using FixFlo software to process and monitor maintenance issues, ensuring timely resolution.
Conducting regular site inspections.
Liaising professionally with property owners, clients, suppliers, and contractors.
Maintaining a high standard of written and verbal communication.

About You

We are looking for someone enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn. The ideal candidate will bring value to the team and be keen to grow both professionally and personally.

Essential/Desirable Skills & Experience:

Previous property management experience (Block Management experience desirable but not essential).
Background in professional services is an advantage.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment.
A collaborative team player who is self-motivated and trustworthy.
Full UK driving licence (desirable but not essential)
Willingness to undertake training and continuous professional development.
