We are seeking a skilled Sheet Metal Worker to join our engineering team in North East Lincolnshire. This permanent, full-time position is essential for the fabrication and assembly of metal components, ensuring high-quality standards and efficiency in our production processes. Responsibilities:

Fabricate and assemble sheet metal components according to specifications, engineering drawings, and quality standards.
- Operate various sheet metal machinery, including shears, brakes, and relevant welding equipment.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure all products meet required standards and specifications.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the fabrication process.
Qualifications:

Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience as a Sheet Metal Worker or in a similar fabrication role.
- Proficiency with common metal fabrication techniques, tools, and relevant safety equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Relevant vocational qualifications or certifications in metalworking or engineering are advantageous.
- Understanding of workplace health and safety regulations within a manufacturing environment.
