Job Description
About You
· Ability to comply with company policy and procedures regarding Health and Safety, standard of product, quality, housekeeping and hygiene.
· Always comply with appropriate PPE requirements
· Adhere to instruction and carry out tasks which the job holder is competent, trained and/or qualified to perform unless supervised by fully trained personnel.
· Able to work well as part of a team to achieve production targets.
Key Responsibilities
Purpose of Job
Timely and effective printing and packing of quality products in accordance with standard operating procedures and customer requirements
Roles and Responsibilities
- Understand the function of all machine controls and machine safety checks.
- Working to the quality standards, understanding the quality/process control checks and completing all documentation.
- Have knowledge of common problems with print/coverage
- Understanding the information on a works order, sourcing the inks, bottles and screens for each job.
- Repair, Remove and Replace Screens
- Replace and remove Squeegees & Rubbers
- Refill screens with Ink safely
- Cleaning down the screens and having a good understanding of housekeeping.
- Inform relevant departments when product quality has not met company standards and complete appropriate paperwork.
- Follow product works order for packing specifications.
- Ensure finished product is labelled correctly.
- Follow all safe working procedures.
Pay: From £28,885.80 per year
