What Youll Be Doing
- Own and deliver the full Profit Loss performance of the Networking Security business unit.
- Define and execute divisional strategy aligned to corporate and European growth objectives.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key vendors, partners, and customers.
- Lead the creation, development, and execution of comprehensive business and vendor plans.
- Identify market opportunities and develop strategies to accelerate growth and profitability.
- Own the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and ensure business targets are achieved.
- Drive market share growth and increase share of wallet across strategic accounts and partners.
- Influence purchasing, sales, and pricing strategies to maximise performance and competitiveness.
- Act as the senior escalation point for vendors within the business unit.
- Partner with senior stakeholders across the organisation, including board-level leadership.
- Increase the visibility and profile of the business unit both internally and externally.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, creating an environment where people can thrive.
- Recruit, retain, and develop top talent to support long-term business success.
What Youll Bring
- Demonstrable experience knowledge across networking and security.
- Significant experience owning and managing a business unit PL.
- Strong commercial negotiation skills with a track record of delivering profitable growth.
- Ability to think and lead across the wider business, balancing divisional priorities with enterprise objectives.
- Strong servant leadership mindset with the ability to grow and drive high performing teams.
- Experience building and influencing relationships at executive and board level.
- Proven strategic planning and business management capability.
- The ability to translate strategy into measurable business outcomes.
- Strong understanding of the IT industry, including vendors, channel partners, customers, and competitors.
- Experience developing and leading successful vendor relationships and growth plans.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with a data-driven approach to decision making.
- High levels of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
