Bathroom Installer
An exciting position has become available for a full-time Bathroom Installer based in Basingstoke. The successful candidate will earn a competitive salary negotiable depending on experience.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate who is competent and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Role Requirements
- You must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience of bathroom fitting.
- Must possess excellent communication and customer skills, as this is a customer facing role.
- Be honest and reliable, with a ‘can-do’ attitude. A full driving licence would be beneficial. Be flexible to travel to customer locations.
- Be able to work using your own initiative and as part of a team.
- Plumbing – Must be fully qualified.
- Carpentry – Basic skills required, assembly of furniture, cutting of worktops, building boxing’s, studwork etc. Floor repairs, fixing skirting etc.
- Tiling – Additional skills would be an advantage.
- Plastering – Basic skills required: filling, bonding out chases etc. Additional skills would be an advantage.
- Finishing – Must be able to apply silicone sealant to a high standard, must be clean, neat and tidy.
Role Responsibilities
- Works range from general maintenance & basic repairs to full refurbishments
- As all of works are undertaken in people’s homes, the candidate must be well presented, friendly and approachable at all times.
- Work to a high standard at all times.
- Ensure excellent customer service is always provided.
