Part time
Swadlincote area. Flexible part-time role, £12.71/hour guaranteed plus very strong bonuses for booked jobs (realistic earners £150-£220 per 4hr session for the right person).
You’ll be walking local streets, spotting obvious gutter issues, and having quick friendly chats with homeowners (not salesy). This is doorstep work — some people love it, some don’t, consistent rejection can be upsetting. so we’re looking for someone resilient, chatty, and genuinely comfortable talking to strangers.
You need;
- Strong, resiliant attitude. Ability to persist after rejection (absolutely key)
- Right to work in the UK (verification required)
- Ability to get around Swadlincote independently

School hour shifts - 4 hour shifts, 4 days per week (Tuesday - Friday 10:00-14:00) chance of overtime shifts
Very competitive earnings (£3300pm on target earnings. £1700pm If you only achieve half of your target)
No hard selling, ever. If someone’s not interested, you say thanks and move on. We’re representing a trusted local brand, not a ‘numbers at all costs’ operation.
The typical interaction will be - “I noticed your gutters are due a clean, can I grab your number for a quick quote?” - This is genuinely most of the job.
