What You'll Do
- Be the welcoming smile that greets our customers and makes them feel at home
- Use your automotive expertise to help customers understand their vehicle needs in a clear, friendly way
- Work alongside our talented technicians to ensure smooth service delivery
- Build genuine relationships with customers while keeping them updated on their vehicle's progress
- Help customers make informed decisions about their vehicle care
- Keep our service department running like a well-oiled machine
- Turn your product knowledge into valuable recommendations that help our customers
What You'll Bring to the Team
- A genuine love for both cars and customer care
- Experience in automotive services (but your attitude is just as important as your experience!)
- The ability to explain technical information in a way that makes sense to everyone
- A natural talent for building trust and rapport with people
- Great organisation skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks with a smile
- An eye for detail when handling paperwork and transactions
What Would Make You Stand Out
- Previous experience in a similar role (though we're happy to help the right person grow into the position)
- Knowledge of cars that you're excited to share with others

- Local knowledge of the Loughborough area and community
