Full job description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and assisting in creating a positive patient experience.

Responsibilities

Delivering comprehensive patient care tailored to individual needs across diverse healthcare settings
Monitoring patient vital signs and responding promptly to changes in condition
Administering medication and treatments in accordance with prescribed protocols
Assisting with mobility, hygiene, and daily living activities for patients
Maintaining accurate and detailed documentation of patient progress and care plans
Collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient outcomes
Providing emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families

Experience

Proven experience working as an RGN within a clinical or hospital environment
Experience in patient care, including medication administration and basic life support skills
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication skills, demonstrating empathy and professionalism in all interactions
Flexibility to work both day and night shifts, including weekends if required

Pay: £23.50 per hour
