The Role
As a Spa Therapist, you will deliver a range of luxury spa and beauty treatments, including:
- Massage therapies (our primary service)
- Facials, including advanced facial treatments (our primary service)
- Waxing treatments
- Lash and brow treatments
You will play an important role in ensuring every guest receives a warm, professional, and personalised experience, leaving them feeling relaxed, refreshed, and truly cared for.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking an experienced and professional therapist who has:
Qualifications
- Level 3 SVQ, HNC/HND, or equivalent qualification in Spa or Beauty Therapy
Experience
- Minimum 2 years’ professional experience delivering massage and facial treatments
- Proven experience working as a Spa Therapist or within a premium beauty/wellness environment
- Confidence delivering treatments independently to an exceptional standard
- Ability to consistently maintain the quality and professionalism expected within a luxury spa setting

- A positive, proactive “can-do” attitude
- A genuine passion for wellness and exceptional customer service
- Strong communication skills and the ability to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere with guests and colleagues
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in delivering treatments to a high standard
- Commitment to maintaining the standards that have contributed to our five-star guest reputation
Desirable
- Previous experience within a four- or five-star spa, hotel spa, or reputable luxury wellness establishment would be highly beneficial
