We’re looking for a talented UX / UI Designer to join our studio on a full-time basis. The role is based in London, and the successful candidate will be expected to work from our studio in Design District a few times a week.

What matters most

We’re looking for a UX/UI Designer with focus on websites who doesn’t just push pixels but understands the bigger picture. You should have a strong business mindset, a natural interest in content strategy, and a passion for creating user experiences that drive real results. This role requires someone who can think beyond aesthetics, considering how design decisions impact engagement, conversions, and overall business success.

This role is focused on delivering high-quality, conversion-driven websites. If you don’t have a proven track record of designing websites, this position is not the right fit.

What You’ll Do:

Own UX projects from discovery to execution, ensuring a seamless and effective user experience. This includes competitor research, occasional user interviews, and creating high-fidelity wireframes for websites (main focus) and digital products (occasionally).
Design stunning, functional user interfaces (UI) that enhance brand identities while ensuring usability and performance.
Work with UI toolkits and design systems, maintaining consistency across digital experiences while improving scalability and efficiency.
Translate business goals into user-centric websites and digital experiences that balance creativity and functionality.
Collaborate with branding, strategy, and development teams to create cohesive, high-performing websites and digital products.
Understand and optimise content strategy, ensuring information architecture, messaging, and user flows align with user behaviour and business objectives.
Stay ahead of industry trends in UX/UI, business strategy, and AI-driven design solutions.

What we’re looking for

3+ years of UX/UI design experience (agency or in-house, preferably with tech startups).
Experience with Figma (must-have) and UI toolkits/design systems.
Familiarity with AI-enhanced design tools (a plus).
Strong business understanding - you can connect design choices to growth, conversions, and engagement.
A strategic thinker who values clarity, simplicity, and impact in digital experiences.
Passion for content strategy - you care about how messaging, layout, and structure influence user behavior.
Ability to communicate and present design decisions, backed by rationale and data when needed.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset - no hand-holding needed.
