We are seeking a versatile and experienced Multi Skilled Tradesman/woman to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Perform carpentry tasks including framing, door hanging, kitchen fitting and finishing works with precision and attention to detail.
- Conduct roofing repairs or installations, ensuring adherence to safety standards and quality benchmarks.
- Carry out construction painting, preparing surfaces and applying finishes as required.
- any knowledge in the plumbing sector would be a bonus
- Execute masonry work such as bricklaying, blockwork, or concrete finishing.
- Use hand tools and power tools efficiently for various tasks across multiple trades.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope while maintaining high safety standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in multiple trades such as carpentry, roofing, masonry, pointing, rendering, plastering,kitchen fitting and tiling.
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in construction and maintenance environments.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.
- Strong organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and adaptability to different project requirements.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in trades are desirable but not essential if extensive practical experience is demonstrated.
- A proactive attitude with a focus on safety compliance at all times.
