Pool responder training and first aid at work qualifications will give a strong advantage to the applicant.
If Required, Pool Responder Training will be given to the successful candidates.

As a Leisure Assistant you are the key to making sure that our guests are happy, comfortable, and safe when using our leisure and gym facilities.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and energetic Leisure Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our guests while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and service.
Whether they're pumping iron or kicking back on a sun lounger, you will be on hand to make sure they are having an awesome time.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor leisure facilities to ensure safety and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist guests/members with inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all leisure areas.
- Conduct routine checks of equipment and facilities, reporting any issues promptly.
- Enforce facility rules and guidelines to promote a safe environment.
- Assist with organizing and supervising recreational activities and events.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team and independently.
- A positive attitude and a passion for customer service.
- First Aid and Pool Responder/Lifeguard is preferred (or willingness to obtain).
- Gym qualifications is preferred but not required.

Pay: Up to £12.80 per hour
