Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Graphics Applicator to join our team. Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces thoroughly to ensure optimal adhesion of graphics, including cleaning and surface treatment.
- Apply graphics using hand tools, power tools, and specialised applicator equipment, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot application issues and adjust techniques as necessary.
- Handle heavy lifting when manoeuvring large or bulky graphic materials safely.
- Ensure the correct alignment and positioning of graphics according to specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety standards at all times.
- Inspect finished work for quality assurance, making adjustments as needed to meet client expectations.
- Assist in the maintenance and calibration of tools and equipment used in the application process.
Experience
- 2-3 years Previous experience in graphic application or related craftwork is necessary.
- Familiarity with mechanical systems, hand tools, and power tools is beneficial.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely is required.
- Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail are essential for ensuring high-quality results.
- A proactive attitude towards learning new techniques and improving craftsmanship is highly valued.
