Receptionist / Chiropractic Assistant – Join Finesse Chiropractic, Birmingham!
Finesse Chiropractic is a professional, patient-focused private clinic with multiple locations across Nuneaton, Bedworth, Tamworth and Birmingham.
We are looking for a friendly, organised, and confident Receptionist / Chiropractic Assistant to join our Birmingham branch and help set up a smooth front desk before we fully open to patients.

About the Role:
- Be the first point of contact for patients and provide a professional, welcoming service
- Manage phone calls, emails, bookings, and rescheduling
- Diary management for chiropractors
- Scan, take notes, and handle general admin
- Social media content creation and uploads when needed
- Additional tasks and training opportunities to support the team
- Cleaning and maintaining the Clinic
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Has strong customer service skills, confident and compassionate face-to-face and over the phone
- Can thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and think on their feet
- Is computer-literate and willing to learn our chiropractic software
- Is highly organised with exceptional admin skills and proactive in improving processes
- Friendly, reliable, professional, and approachable
- Someone who takes initiative and proactively reaches out to different places to build recognition and organise events.

Please note: As we have only recently opened, we are currently operating on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, offering approximately 20+ hours of service per week. This is our initial schedule while we're getting established. As we grow, we will be expanding to full-day operations throughout the week.

This role requires someone who is well-spoken, fluent in communication, confident speaking with patients both in person and over the phone, and able to provide a high standard of “red carpet” customer service.
Please note: only applicants who demonstrate these qualities will be considered, as these skills are essential for the role.
- Do you have a minimum of 1 year reception experience? ONLY applicants with 1 year experience will be considered. During the interview a computer literacy will be done.
- Would you be willing to travel from Birmingham to Tamworth/ Nuneaton Vice Versa if the clinic requires (In unfortunate situations of short staff at either site?) ONLY applicants who are willing to travel will be considered
