Full job description

We are recruiting for a hotel receptionist for weekend shifts in a busy hotel. The candidate should have experience working in a hotel. This job role requires a friendly person who understands the importance of customer service. Typical duties would be; checking guests in and out of the hotel, processing new bookings, auditing and balancing payments, dealing with telephone inquiries. The candidate must have strong communication skills, be very organised and have good computer skills. This role would not be a static 'behind the desk' type role, as you would be expected to help out in other departments of the hotel if necessary. This is a part time permanent role but requires the candidate to be flexible in the hours they are available to work.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.71 per hour
