Job Title: Office Administrator (6 weeks)

Location: Grange Park, Northampton
Working Hours: Monday to Friday. 9am to 5pm

About Us:
Astons Solicitors is a reputable and growing law firm based in Grange Park, Northampton. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional legal services with a personal touch. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and dynamic Office Administrator to join our friendly and professional team.

The Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with excellent interpersonal and administrative skills. Currently recruiting for a full time but require cover for next 6 weeks for an immeditate start.

You will be the first point of contact for many of our prospective and existing clients and play a key role in supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of the office, and the solicitors.

Key Responsibilities:

Answering incoming telephone calls and accurately recording messages.
Managing new client enquiries, from initial contact through to appointment booking.
Opening and closing client files in accordance with firm procedures.
General administrative duties, including photocopying, filing, data entry, archiving, and preparing refreshments.
Greeting and welcoming clients to the office in a professional and friendly manner.
Supporting the wider team with ad hoc administrative tasks as required.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Working background in Law and or Law Degree
Similar administrative or client-liaison role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A professional, friendly and confident manner.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Good IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office, database and case management systems.

Working Hours/Location:
This is a temporary role, working Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm based at our office in Grange Park.
