The Opportunity
An established and highly regarded law firm is seeking an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor/Lawyer to join its growing team on a hybrid working basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Property litigation professional who is looking for flexibility, autonomy and high-quality work without the need to commute daily. Both full-time and part-time applications are welcomed.
The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload comprising both Commercial and Residential Property Litigation, working closely with colleagues across the wider business while enjoying the flexibility of hybrid working.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a diverse caseload of Property Litigation matters from instruction through to conclusion.
- Advising clients on a broad range of civil and commercial Property disputes.
- Handling property litigation matters including landlord and tenant disputes, boundary disputes, possession claims and rights of way issues.
- Drafting correspondence, pleadings, witness statements and settlement agreements.
- Conducting negotiations and alternative dispute resolution where appropriate.
- Representing clients in court hearings and procedural matters where required.
- Maintaining high standards of client care and communication throughout each matter.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
About You
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Qualification as a Solicitor, Legal Executive or experienced Litigation Lawyer.
- A solid background in dispute resolution and litigation.
- Experience handling property litigation matters.
- Strong drafting and negotiation abilities.
- The ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
- A commercial and pragmatic approach to legal problem-solving.
- A desire to be part of a collaborative and supportive team environment.
