About the Role
As a Team Leader within our growing Patient Services team, you will play a key role in supporting patients, healthcare professionals, and customers through a range of enquiries. Working in a fast-paced contact centre environment, you will handle inbound calls, emails, and other communications, providing a high standard of service while ensuring every interaction is managed with professionalism, empathy, and care.

What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting Patient Services Call handlers, managing escalated calls.
- Providing accurate information and support on healthcare services and patient journeys.
- Taking ownership of cases and ensuring timely resolution of enquiries.
- Maintaining accurate records and updating systems in line with company procedures.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues and healthcare professionals to deliver the best possible outcomes.
- Delivering a high-quality, patient-focused service in line with organisational values and standards.
