Purpose of the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and detail-focused individual to join our Billing team.
As a Billing Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting billing operations, ensuring accuracy, resolving queries, and helping to deliver a seamless customer experience. You’ll work closely with the Billing Manager and wider business, contributing to efficient processes and continuous improvement. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.
What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting the day-to-day billing operations alongside the Head of MRR Billing & Contracts

Preparing, generating and distributing accurate customer invoices

Maintaining and updating billing records and account information

Investigating and resolving billing queries and discrepancies

Performing daily traffic checks to identify unusual usage patterns

Collaborating with internal teams (Sales, Customer Service, Delivery) to ensure billing accuracy

Assisting with billing reports, analysis and reconciliation activities

Monitoring billing cycles and helping ensure key deadlines are met

Identifying recurring issues and driving process improvements

Previous experience in an administrative or finance support role (billing experience desirable)

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
