Foundry Project Harrogate is looking for energetic, reliable and hardworking Floor Staff/Glass Collectors to join our team. From laid-back daytime drinks and weekend brunches to busy late-night parties and DJs, no two shifts are ever the same.

What You'll Be Doing
- Collecting glasses and keeping the venue clean, safe and organised.
- Maintaining a clean and presentable bar and floor area throughout service.
- Supporting the bar team by restocking glassware and supplies.
- Assisting with opening and closing duties.
- Providing excellent customer service and helping create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Monitoring the venue for any spillages or hazards and reporting issues promptly.
- Working closely with bar staff, supervisors and door staff to keep service running efficiently.
What We're Looking For

- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
- Previous hospitality experience is an advantage but not essential—full training will be provided.
