About the Role
As our Technical Support, you'll be the first point of contact for customers using our technology, and monitoring systems. You'll manage customer enquiries, monitor system performance data, coordinate issues internally, and help ensure customers receive a first-class service.
This role combines customer service, administration, data analysis, technical coordination, and problem-solving. It is not an IT support role, but you should be comfortable using technology, interpreting data, and learning new systems.
What You'll Be Doing
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Providing clear guidance and support using internal processes and knowledge resources.
- Monitoring system performance dashboards and identifying potential issues.
- Escalating technical problems to the appropriate teams and tracking progress through to resolution.
- Maintaining accurate records within CRM systems.
- Producing simple reports and sharing insights from customer and system data.
- Working closely with Technical, Production, and Commercial teams.
- Supporting international customers, including occasional out-of-hours communication where required.

- Interest in agriculture, technology, manufacturing, or global business would be beneficial.
- Additional languages are advantageous but not essential.

Remuneration
Salary – £28,000-£35,000
Working hours – Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5pm with 1-hour unpaid lunch break.
Holiday entitlement – 32 days including bank holidays

Pay: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
