About Us: Arrow Film & Foil Converters is a flexible print packaging business based in Castleford. We are a growing business who is rapidly expanding and as a result, we are looking for Trainee Machine Operators to join our growing team.
The Job: Full training will be given however we are looking for people with previous machine operator experience, not warehouse PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE RUNNING A MACHINE - your application will be disregarded if not.
Key responsibilities include;
- Responsibility for each machine.
- Ensure targets are met during each shift.
- Ensure accurate documentation is filled in at all times.
- Ensure health and safety policies are adhered to.
- Clean and maintain all areas in accordance with BRC procedures.
Hours and Salary: You're working hours will average 40 hours per week on a continental style shift pattern Monday - Friday both days and nights. We offer a £26,436.80 - £30,000 per year salary and plenty of overtime is also available due to the growth of our business.
