Trainee Business Development Executive

No previous sales experience? No problem. We'll provide full training, ongoing coaching, and support to help you develop into a successful Business Development Executive.

What you'll be doing

As a Trainee Business Development Executive, you'll learn everything you need to become a successful salesperson. You'll be supported by experienced managers who will coach you every step of the way.

Your responsibilities will include:

Speaking to new and existing customers over the phone
Answering inbound enquiries and qualifying potential clients
Making outbound calls to introduce our debt recovery services
Building relationships with businesses and individuals
Learning how to identify sales opportunities and convert enquiries into new clients
Keeping customer records up to date using our CRM system
Working closely with our Managing Director and Operations team
Following up with prospective clients and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline
Helping create engaging content across our social media platforms
Working towards achievable daily, weekly, and monthly targets while earning uncapped commission

Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, telesales, or sales is beneficial but not essential.
