Sterling FMS is a growing Facilities Management Services business delivering hard services through projects, planned preventative maintenance (PPM), and reactive services nationwide. The Role

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Helpdesk Coordinator to join our team. This role is key to supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring excellent service delivery to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Processing purchase orders accurately and efficiently
Handling customer queries via phone and email, resolving issues promptly
Uploading jobs onto the CRM system and obtaining completion certificates
Managing telephone and email correspondence
Performing general administrative duties
Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents
Conducting data entry and maintaining accurate records

About You

We are looking for someone with helpdesk experience and the right attitude and willingness to learn.

Key Skills & Attributes

Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks
Strong problem-solving abilities
Confident and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Self-motivated, positive, and proactive approach to work
Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
Willingness to learn and develop new skills
