Are you passionate about fitness and motivating others to achieve their health and well-being goals?
As a Pilates Instructor you will lead, inspire, and energise individuals through a diverse range of exercise classes. You will deliver high-quality, engaging sessions tailored to various fitness levels, using a wide array of equipment and techniques.
With a strong emphasis on safety, motivation, and progression, you will foster a positive and inclusive environment, supporting participants in achieving their personal health and wellness goals.
Class Types you’ll Lead:
Pilates (such as reformer, barre Pilates, beginner Pilates)
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer-Focused: Build strong relationships with participants, helping them reach their fitness goals and providing support throughout their journey.
- Safety & Excellence: Prioritize safety during every class, ensuring all sessions meet high standards and comply with health and safety protocols.
- Professional Development: Stay current with industry trends and attend relevant training and development to enhance your coaching skills.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Leisure Centre Management Team to enhance services and contribute to promotional events.
- Inspire Success: Foster a positive, welcoming atmosphere in each class that encourages clients to push themselves and achieve their goals.
What We’re Looking For:
- Essential: Coaching qualifications or a sports coaching qualification recognized by CIMSPA (Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity).
- Experience teaching in Pilates.
- Strong knowledge of the fitness industry and a passion for helping people improve their health.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends. Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
- Desirable: Knowledge of Health and Safety practices in a leisure environment and experience working with a wide range of age groups and fitness levels.
