We have an exceptional opportunity to join our Club & Spa Team at The Lanesborough.

Candidate Profile

As a Spa Therapist, you should be confident in massage and beauty treatments, delivered to Lanesborough standard whilst offering each and every guest a personalised, bespoke experience at The Lanesborough Club and Spa. ila and La Prairie are our luxurious, high-end products, you will be trained on these brands from the various treatments to retail opportunities to maximise revenue.

This is a part-time position, = covering weekend shifts, ideal for a dedicated professional who is passionate about exceptional service, luxury wellness, and creating memorable guest experiences within a world-class spa environment.

Key Requirements

The ideal candidate would be able to demonstrate the following attributes:

NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent preferred
Experience in a similar role within a luxury Club & Spa
Excellent command of the English language and a second language would be preferred
Ability to lead a team and coordinate a department in the absence of senior management
Immaculate grooming standards
Show drive for Excellent Customer Service leading by example
Passionate about fitness and wellbeing
Please note this role requires an element of manual handling
