Full job description

SoSweet have a very exciting opportunity for a determined and switched-on individual to join our ever-growing team as a keyholder.

We need a strong leader to assist the supervisor in run our busy customer-facing environment in Westward Ho

Duties will include (but not limited to):

Day to day running of a busy retail sweet shop, with responsibility of cash handling, staff supervision and a key holder.
Training new staff in correct procedures, stock rotation and practices
Maintaining high standards of customer service
Stock replenishment
Weekend working will be required

Required Skills:

You must be able to work independently as well as lead and work team
Excellent organisational, communication and time management skills
Be conﬁdent in up-selling.
Have good people skills within a fast-paced retail environment.
Retail experience in a supervisory role preferred (training will be given)

The ideal candidate will be positive, fun, friendly and have a professional attitude. You’ll be talking to people constantly and be the face of our new store. This is a part-time role with set hours, however more hours will be available during holidays and as need by the business.

Applicants MUST be hardworking, conscientious, fully flexible, reliable, willing to learn and of smart appearance.

Job Types: Permanent, Part-time

Pay: Up to £12.71 per hour
