Salary - £34,777 per annum
You’ll have the opportunity to join our overtime rota, paid at time and a half, and callout duties.

Fixed Shift Pattern - 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 4pm on Fridays in summer. In the winter, these hours will be 8am to 4pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 3.30pm on Fridays.
Key Responsibilities:
Support our repairs and maintenance department, to make sure our homes meet the highest standards for our customers.
Jobs are planned for you by our Work Planners so you can concentrate on carrying out repairs to a high standard, ensuring ‘right first time’ wherever possible.
Work primarily in the vibrant Tees Valley area (Hartlepool, Stockton, Middlesbrough), with occasional travel beyond.
Contribute to our ‘TradePlus’ scheme, acquiring diverse skills to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
About You:
Skilled in general semi-skilled works and eager to assist in various trades.
Have relevant experience in the trade.
Must possess a valid manual UK driving license.
Comfortable using digital devices or be willing to learn. We use mobile and hand-held devices to allocate jobs and for you to record your completion of work.
A commitment to safe working practices and a good grasp of health and safety regulations.
We’d particularly be interested in hearing from female applicants.
