Quantum Traffic Management (Southern) Ltd is expanding and is looking to recruit experienced 12D Traffic Management Operatives to support major projects and long-term contracts across the UK.

We are seeking motivated, professional individuals with a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering the highest standards of safety and service. Positions are available across multiple depot locations, with nationwide work.

About the Role

As a 12D Traffic Management Operative, you will be responsible for the safe installation, maintenance and removal of temporary traffic management on a variety of schemes throughout the UK.

What We Offer

Guaranteed minimum 48 hours per week for qualified operatives.
New flexible shift patterns available:
5 On / 2 Off (Monday–Friday)
4 On / 4 Off
6 On / 3 Off
Enhanced overtime rates for working scheduled rest days.
Enhanced weekend overtime rates.
Enhanced night shift rates.
Weekend and on-call opportunities.
Door-to-door pay.
Company traffic management vehicle and mobile phone provided.
Company van for travel between home and site (where applicable).
Full PPE and equipment provided.
Competitive high-speed shift rates (dependent on qualifications and experience).
Comprehensive in-house training delivered by qualified assessors.
Ongoing CPD and career development opportunities.
Permanent PAYE positions only.

Trainee Opportunities

We also welcome applications from individuals looking to start a career in traffic management. Successful candidates will be enrolled onto our fully funded training programme, providing a clear pathway to becoming a qualified Traffic Management Operative.
