Full job description

D&M Logistic Solutions is a 3PL and cargo specialist founded in 2011 with operations rooted in Felixstowe and Ipswich. The company provides global freight transport, bonded and ETSF warehousing, Amazon FBA and E-commerce logistics services.

D&M is part the Raptor Logistics Group, forming a wider group of logistics companies

Following a period of sustained growth and expansion, D&M are looking for new additions to our team.

We are looking for a Warehouse Operative / Forklift Operator to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. Immediate start is available.

The Warehouse Operative / Forklift Operator will be responsible for a number of tasks in the warehouse including but not limited to the following;

Driving Counterbalance Forklift Truck
Picking and packing orders for fulfilment
Managing Stock levels within the warehouse
Working on internal computer systems
Data entry on warehouse management software
Fulfilling customers orders
Boxing up products
Poly-bagging and taping products
Labelling and bundling products
General warehouse cleaning duties
Prepping and packing orders for FBA

Essential attributes;

License for Counterbalance fork lift truck
Computer literate
Be a fast learner especially when picking up new systems
Be able to work as part of a team as well as independently
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Fantastic communication
High level of spoken and written English
Forklift license (not essential but advantageous)

Someone who has previously worked or has experience in a fulfilment based role would be preferred.
