Responsibilities
- Perform body piercing procedures with accuracy, adhering to strict health and safety protocols
- Consult with clients to understand their desired piercings and provide professional guidance on placement and aftercare
- Maintain a clean, sterile workspace by following proper sanitation procedures and sterilizing tools regularly
- Manage appointment scheduling, walk-in clients, and ensure smooth flow of daily operations at the front desk
- Educate clients on aftercare instructions, healing processes, and potential risks associated with piercings
- Upsell complementary services such as jewelry upgrades
- Promote the studio’s services through social media management and guest engagement to attract new clients and retain existing ones
Requirements
- Proven experience as a professional body piercer with a strong portfolio of work
- Certification in blood-borne pathogen training or equivalent health safety courses
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with diverse clients and team members
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently at the front desk while providing outstanding customer service
Pay: £12.71-£13.00 per hour
