We are searching for an engaging and resourceful Restaurant and Bar Manager to join our team. Our Restaurant and Bar Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of Restaurant at the hotel. This individual must display exceptional verbal communication skills and a keen attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the food and beverage department.
Lead, train, and motivate the FB team to deliver excellent customer service.
Monitor and maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Plan menus in collaboration with chefs and ensure high quality food and beverages.
Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control.
Handle customer complaints and ensure guest satisfaction.
Implement cost control measures and manage budgets effectively.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of events and functions.
Track sales and prepare performance reports.
Stay updated on industry trends and apply best practices.
