Full-Time Professional Mixologist
Location: Durham City Centre
Position: Full-Time – 45 Hours Per Week

We are looking for an exceptional Professional Mixologist to become a key part of our team and help create one of Durham's premier cocktail destinations.

Your Responsibilities
- Create and serve exceptional cocktails to the highest standard.
- Design and develop innovative seasonal cocktail menus.
- Produce signature drinks unique to our venue.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and build rapport with guests.
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organisation behind the bar.
- Manage stock levels, ordering and minimise waste.
- Train and mentor other members of the bar team.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, techniques and premium products.
What We're Looking For
Minimum of 3 years' experience as a professional mixologist or cocktail bartender.
Extensive knowledge of premium spirits, liqueurs, wines and champagne.
Experience with advanced techniques including infusions, syrups, smoking, fat washing, clarifying and creative garnishing.
A genuine passion for cocktail craftsmanship.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
A professional attitude with pride in delivering exceptional quality every time.
