Job description

Operations Admin Assistant required to work at Stapleford Flight Centre Friday each week from 09.30 until 17.30 hours.

Duties and Responsibilities

Dealing with clients bookings, cancellation and confirmation of flying lessons by phone and in person
Entering flights and times on computer system
Processing payments and customers accounts accurately
Providing professional reception service to customers and visitors
Greeting and welcoming visitors to the Offices during opening hours
Manage bookings for Flying Instructors
Adding up aircraft technical logs and checking if they have been correctly entered on system
Giving information on flying courses, prices etc
Answering emails

Person Specification Requirements

Sound knowledge of and the use of plain English both written and oral
Must be able to multi-task and work under pressure
Able to be discreet and diplomatic, approachable and flexible
Experience of reception or customer service work
Good numerical skills with an eye for detail
Ability to work as part of a team with minimum supervision, supporting the lead receptionist
Experience and ability to use own initiative appropriately
Ability and willingness to cover for other administrative team members and work outside of normal hours on occasions

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.80-£14.00 per hour
