We work directly with local authorities, housing associations, Tier One contractors and private homeowners, delivering projects under PAS 2030/2035, TrustMark, MCS and government-funded energy efficiency schemes.
As our workload continues to grow, we're looking for experienced Cavity Wall Insulation Installers to join our expanding installation team.
The Role
You'll be responsible for installing cavity wall insulation using EPS bonded bead and blown mineral fibre systems, ensuring every installation meets manufacturer specifications, PAS requirements and our own high standards of workmanship.

Responsibilities
You'll be responsible for:
- Installing EPS bonded bead and blown mineral fibre cavity wall insulation.
- Carrying out pre-installation inspections and identifying any defects or issues.
- Operating insulation blowing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Completing all installations in accordance with PAS 2030, manufacturer guidance and company procedures.
- Carrying out cavity inspections using borescopes where required.
- Mixing and using bonding agents correctly.
- Ensuring drilling patterns and injection methods meet specification.
- Reinstating vents, filling drill holes and leaving every property clean and tidy.
- Taking installation photographs and completing compliance documentation using our digital systems.
- Reporting damp, structural defects or unsuitable properties to your supervisor.
- Providing an excellent level of customer service while working in occupied homes.
- Maintaining company vehicles, machinery and equipment.
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Previous experience installing cavity wall insulation.
- Experience with EPS bonded bead and/or blown fibre systems.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Good understanding of Health & Safety.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable
- NVQ Level 2 in Insulation & Building Treatments.
- PAS 2030 experience.
- CSCS Card.
- Asbestos Awareness.
- Working at Height.
- Manual Handling.
- First Aid.
- Experience using digital compliance software.
