Location: Tattoo Wombwell
Hours: 30 hours per week (including Saturdays & Sundays)
We're looking for a creative, organised and self-motivated person to join our busy tattoo studio. This varied role combines digital marketing with reception duties, making it ideal for someone who enjoys promoting a business while providing excellent customer service.
The Role
You'll be responsible for:
- Managing and growing our social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and more.
- Creating graphics, videos and reels using Canva and other tools.
- Planning content and sending marketing emails.
- Monitoring analytics and using data to improve performance.
- Promoting artists, events and special offers.
- Welcoming clients, managing bookings and answering phones, emails and social media enquiries.
- Supporting tattoo artists and body piercers with diary management and general reception duties.
About You
You'll have:
- Experience in digital marketing and social media management.
- A good understanding of analytics and business promotion.
- Experience creating content with Canva, including videos and reels.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A mature, professional outlook and the confidence to work with a diverse range of clients and colleagues.
- The ability to work independently, use your initiative and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong organisational and computer skills.
