Responsibilities
Cleaners
- Domestic, commercial, end-of-tenancy and site cleaning
- Following client specifications
- Maintaining high cleaning standards
Labourers & Construction Labourers
- Assisting tradespeople on construction sites
- Site clearance and material movement
- General labouring duties
- Following health and safety procedures
Handymen
- Basic repairs and maintenance
- Furniture assembly
- Minor plumbing and property maintenance tasks
- General property improvement work
Painters & Decorators
- Interior and exterior painting
- Surface preparation and finishing
- Maintaining professional standards of workmanship
Grounds Maintenance Operatives
- Grass cutting and strimming
- Hedge trimming
- General landscaping and outdoor maintenance
- Keeping sites clean and presentable
Requirements
- Previous experience preferred but not essential for some roles
- Reliable and professional attitude
- Own transport is beneficial but not required
- Ability to work independently
- Right to work in the UK
- Own tools/equipment where applicable
