Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Seasonal Event Assistants to join our team during peak event periods. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic environment, supporting event operations and ensuring guests have a memorable experience. Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of event spaces, ensuring all areas are prepared to standard before guest arrival
- Welcome guests warmly, providing information and support throughout their visit
- Support event management in coordinating activities, guiding guests, and overseeing crowd flow
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of event areas, including assisting with catering or activity stations as required
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of events from start to finish
Skills
- Proven experience in management or hospitality roles is advantageous
- Strong guest service skills with a friendly and approachable manner
- Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Flexibility to adapt to varying responsibilities and schedules during the event period
- Prior experience in managing crowds or coordinating events is desirable but not essential
