Full job description

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Operation Supervisor to lead our logistics operations with energy and precision. In this role, you will oversee daily activities related to materials handling, shipping, receiving, and process improvement initiatives. Your leadership will ensure smooth workflow, safety compliance, and optimal efficiency across all operational facets. This position offers an exciting opportunity to drive team performance, implement innovative solutions, and contribute to the seamless functioning of our distribution processes.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor daily logistics operations, including shipment planning, scheduling, and tracking. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers.
Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline workflows.
Manage shipping & receiving procedures, ensuring accuracy in documentation and timely dispatch of goods.
As an Operation & Customer Service Specialist
Follow up the duty assign by General Manager
Liaise with suppliers, transportation providers, and warehouse staff to manage logistics processes effectively.
Oversee inventory management, ensuring stock levels are maintained and discrepancies are resolved.
Prepare and maintain accurate records of logistics activities, including shipment documentation, inventory reports, and customer interaction logs.
Generate and analyze operational and customer service reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Shipment timely update in the ERP system

Skills

Strong knowledge of materials handling techniques and equipment operation.
Excellent leadership skills with experience managing teams in fast-paced environments.
Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting equipment issues and performing basic maintenance.
Deep understanding of logistics processes including heavy lifting protocols, shipping & receiving procedures, and 3PL coordination.
Ability to implement process improvements that boost operational efficiency.
Solid communication skills to coordinate with team members, vendors, and internal departments effectively.

Pay: £35,000.00-£48,000.00 per year
