About the Team:
The Admin Pricing Group is responsible for reviewing and assessing fees for existing clients, including contract renewals, changes in scope, and overall profitability. The team also provides pricing for administration activities associated with exit, buy-in, and buy-out projects.
The Group brings together specialists from Client Management, Business Development, Operations, and Admin Financial to ensure a collaborative and commercially focused approach.
We are seeking a Pensions Pricing Analyst to support the Group’s activities, enabling efficient case management and driving positive commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate cases and ensure all relevant information is prepared for weekly review meetings.
- Summarise key facts and decisions for the group.
- Improve and build on the group’s profitability tools, including modelling and pricing analysis.
- Foster effective cross-departmental relationships to support collaborative approach.
- Develop and circulate meeting agendas, ensuring consensus is achieved and decisions are tracked through to implementation.
- Challenge constructively to drive continuous improvement in pricing and case management.
- Monitor and document financial impact of pricing group decisions.
- Monitor contract end dates and engage client owners to ensure reviews are timely and considered.
- Work with the wider group and the Learning and Development team to establish a suite of Commercial Awareness training modules.
- Assist with preparing and delivering ongoing Commercial.
Due to the changing nature of the business, the job holder may from time to time be required to undertake other activities of a similar nature that fall within their capabilities.
Your Profile:
Essential:

Exceptional organisational skills, with proven experience managing projects or cases.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the preparation of concise summaries and agendas.
- Ability to deliver accurate modelling and analysis to support pricing decisions.
- Experience working both independently and collaboratively across teams.
- Demonstrable ability to track decisions and ensure implementation.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across departments.
Desirable:
- Pensions knowledge, preferably within a third-party administration environment.
- Confident in challenging and contributing to strategic discussions.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs.
