Full job description

Are you an experienced Warehouse Operative looking for a change? Would you like to work for one of the market leading companies with fantastic benefits? If so, we have a great opportunity for you!

Here at GXO logistics, we are looking for permanent, full-time Warehouse Operatives to join our team in Crawley, RH10 9HA.

You will be working on a shift pattern of Monday - Thursday 07:30 - 16:00 and Friday 07:30 - 12:30.

Important Information:
You must also be able to provide 5 years of continuous employment history. Therefore, we strongly encourage you to ensure your CV is up to date and includes at least 5 years of working history.

What you will do on a typical day:

Receive, locate, pick, and ship goods within a warehouse
Carry out manual handling tasks as part of daily operations
Use FLT/HPT equipment as required (training provided where needed)
Accurately process stock using computer systems for inventory control
Maintain high attention to detail to ensure accuracy across all tasks

What you need to succeed at GXO:

A reasonable level of physical fitness to meet daily manual handling duties
Confidence using IT systems and basic computer literacy
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Willingness to work in a warehouse environment
A positive attitude and ability to follow procedures
