Residential Weeks: This course requires periods of staying away from home, typically for one week at a time, to study and train at the learning academy. Attendance at these residential college weeks is a mandatory part of the apprenticeship, so you must be able to commit to attending them.

GCSE Grades: This course requires a Grade 4 in both English & Math GCSE.
You’ll collaborate with experienced technicians, develop your skills through structured training, and be supported throughout your course.

Application & Interview Process
We shortlist CVs online, so make sure to include information about yourself that makes you stand out.
You will receive a short screening call with our People Team. If successful, you will move on to the next step in the process.
The next stage will be a Teams interview with our People Team. This will be to understand why you want an Apprenticeship with Rygor.
If successful at the virtual interview stage, you will be invited to tome to site and meet the team, have a tour, and let’s have a chat so we can get to know each other better. Your interview will include a chat with the hiring manager and potentially an interview task.
