Job Summary

EURO-SOLUTION SERVICES LTD. is looking for an experienced candidate for the position of:

Freight Forwarder & Customs Clearance Clerk

Location: TW20 8HE Egham, United Kingdom

Responsibilities:

Organising and coordinating domestic and international transport operations.
Preparing transport and customs documentation.
Handling import and export customs clearance procedures.
Liaising with clients, carriers and customs authorities.
Monitoring shipments and ensuring timely delivery.
Ensuring compliance with customs and transport regulations.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in freight forwarding and/or customs clearance.
Fluent Polish language skills are essential.
Good communicative English language skills.
Knowledge of customs procedures and transport documentation.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organisational and communication skills.

Zakres obowiązków:

Organizacja i koordynacja transportu krajowego oraz międzynarodowego.
Przygotowywanie dokumentacji transportowej i celnej.
Obsługa zgłoszeń celnych importowych i eksportowych.
Kontakt z klientami, przewoźnikami oraz organami celnymi.
Monitorowanie przesyłek oraz terminowej realizacji zleceń.
Dbanie o zgodność dokumentacji z obowiązującymi przepisami.

Wymagania:

Minimum 2 lata doświadczenia w branży spedycyjnej i/lub obsłudze celnej.
Konieczna bardzo dobra znajomość języka polskiego.
Komunikatywna znajomość języka angielskiego.
Znajomość procedur celnych oraz dokumentacji transportowej.
Umiejętność samodzielnej pracy oraz dobrej organizacji obowiązków.
Umiejętność pracy w dynamicznym środowisku.
