Role Responsibilities
In your new Private Client Paralegal job in Nottinghamshire you will work closely with the Head of Private Client and provide full paralegal support on a varied caseload of matters.
You will have exposure to high quality work and have the opportunity to meet clients face to face, always prioritising high client care.
Specific duties will include:
Assisting heavily with a caseload private client matters including wills, probate, trusts, estate administration and tax.
Drafting legal documents such as wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs), trust documents, and probate applications
Person Specification
Applications are sought from experienced Private Client Paralegals in Nottinghamshire. You will be able to demonstrate previous hands on private client experience and knowledge around a variety of different private client matters.
