Job Title: Recruitment Resourcer
Location: Derby
Job Type: Permanent

Workchain is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Resourcer to join our growing team in Derby. If you enjoy speaking with people, building relationships, and supporting candidates throughout their job search, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Speaking with candidates over the phone to assess suitability and discuss available opportunities
Supporting candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial screening through to interview preparation
Providing friendly, accurate information, advice, and guidance to candidates
Managing job board activity, reviewing applications, and creating candidate shortlists
Screening CVs and maintaining accurate candidate records
Carrying out general administrative duties to support the recruitment process

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
