Advisory
PKF Littlejohn Advisory Limited is a specialist restructuring, advisory and insolvency practice and part of the PKF network with offices in Leeds, London and Manchester. We provide advice and solutions to a wide variety of stakeholder groups across a broad range of industry sectors. Our professionals include :
A core restructuring team dealing mainly with administrations and liquidations. We have a strong track record in successfully rescuing, restructuring and selling businesses in all sectors.
A dedicated investigation and forensic team which deals with insolvency cases where fraud or misconduct has occurred.
A financial services team with extensive experience in dealing with distressed regulated businesses including Credit Unions, EMIs, SIPP administrators and more.
We offer clients a high level of partner involvement, together with the combined knowledge and experience of an established, close-knit team.

Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year’s experience in restructuring and insolvency, with a sound understanding of the relevant legal and regulatory frameworks. This role offers an excellent opportunity for career progression and professional development.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- ; Administer a portfolio of restructuring and insolvency cases from inception to closure, ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements.
- ; Assist in the preparation of proposals, reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
- ; Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- ; Liaise with legal advisors, accountants, and other professionals to ensure the smooth progression of cases.
- ; Attend meetings with clients, creditors, and other stakeholders to discuss case progress and strategies.
- ; Keep up to date with changes in insolvency legislation and best practices.
Person Specification
Previous experience in restructuring, advisory or insolvency.
Good basic knowledge of UK insolvency legislation and procedures.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in IPS case and diary management
Organised and motivated
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
